I don't think that's an incorrect assumption. But is that what she went into the bathroom for? If she said no at any time, it's sexual assault. Plus, she went to the hospital that night. I don't know whether he's guilty of any crime -- but there's certainly enough evidence to indicate he may have.

I actually wondered why they would have pulled Huet after only two goals. For some reason, ESPN listed Huet first in the box score... I assumed it was because he started but I guess they do it by minutes. Obviously, I didn't watch the game. And who needs fact checking when you have aggressive commenters? It's fixed now.

Sure, LeBron is better than Stephon Marbury, Al Harrington, Allan Houston, Jamal Crawford, Quentin Richardson, Steve Francis (David Lee? Nate Robinson? Cuttino Mobley? Wilson Chandler? Danilo Gallinari? Jordan Hill?) or any other stud that has been recently installed in New York. But that wasn't my point. I also wasn't saying the Knicks would be "just as bad" with LeBron. How can you justifiably say they're a contender next season? Winning a championship(s) anywhere would make LeBron legendary. But he would just be putting SUBSTANTIALLY more on the line to (attempt to) save the less-than-mediocre Knicks instead of a decent team. If he failed in New York, he would be a laughingstock. That's my point. At their best, the Cavs had Ilgauskas, LeBron, Mo Williams, Varejao, Joe Smith, Szczerbiak, Ben Wallace, Delonte West, Lo Wright, and Sasha Pavlocic. I hope you're kidding if you think the Knicks will automatically be better in 2010-11 with LeBron. Shit, let's go ahead and bet on whether or not you think the Knickerbockers can win 67 games or the NBA championship next year if that's the case. It's not like LeBron-sanity is going to sweep the nation when he wins the Atlantic Division for the first time. If Lebron goes 66-16 (like he did last year) in New York, it's still a failure... even if it's 34 more than the Knicks won in 2008-2009. Winning a single championship (which won't even happen next year) in New York might make his legend slightly larger. But please remind me how many NBA greats "needed to win in New York" to be legendary in the first place. It's more of a coincidence and a luxury than a requirement -- no matter how sexy the media (specifically Mike "Black & White" Lupica) makes it sound.
