Andy and I started down this path at Founder's Co-op but didn't have the overhead at the time to set up the full legal structure (a few of our founders did agree to exchange shares in their respective companies on their own initiative). As our name suggests we think the founder-to-founder community is an incredibly powerful one, and giving everyone an economic stake in their peers' success adds weight to an already intense emotional tie.
