When you agreed to that contract in the fine print there is a termination fee for breaking the contract .. now some may argue that the 200 fee should only be there if tmobile is also supplying the phone that goes with the upgrade ( a very valid point ) however in the fine print it does not state that , they leave it as general as possible in saying regardless of what happens if you break the contract you pay. As far as the google part goes they can't let us get away with a $500+ for 179...then go and sell it back on ebay for 500+ and make a profit off them ... hence the pay us the money or send the phone back ...
