1. T]he teacher did follow correct procedures. And also before you go on making an ass of yourself, you might want to look on the district website. They have that stuff for people like you to LOOK at.
2. A child can kick a person in the ribs. You obviously must have been much smaller than most kids when you were younger...You don't understand a teacher can't force a child to do anything so unfortunately your stuck with telling the kid what to do instead of doing it yourself. Perfect way to get down to the child's level and get kicked in the ribs by them.

I totally agree with you! and yes this wasn't the first time he has done it. My mom is a teacher at that school and she was spit on by him. She wasn't to happy bout that.

You people are living in a cloud! I knew to never hit a teacher when I was in elementary school. How were you people raised??? Obviously by barbarians who said hitting a teacher and getting away with it was ok. First off, why would you keep an out of line child in the classroom? Why? To hurt the other students as well? Keep in mind that this is a school with a fairly large student body of unfortunate children attending it. I was very lucky to attend a school that didn't have these unfortunate incidents going on. Yes I was spanked, and yes I got over it. I am now grown up and know what's right from wrong. I knew to give respect to a teacher and I never once hit a teacher! That kid needs to get in line...bad! Did you ever think that this might have not been the first time this child has done anything bad? You people aren't teachers, you weren't there so the people that say "oh the teacher deserved it" should be ashamed of yourselves! and the person who says the childs foot couldn't reach a teacher, Um excuse me but what does kneeling down do? Does it make you taller or shorter? Or hey, maybe the same height as the child. Well that's a shocker! You people need to understand the situation. You can't just assume this nice innocent child can just be escorted to the principals office...alone! What are you people thinking! This child just might as well run off campus. This child isn't just going to march to the office with a frown, he's going to fight back. Grow a brain man! And obviously the other students weren't just thrown out the door. Like really. Why would you even bring that up. And on that note, the teacher did call for help. The people don't have super speed to come get the child. It takes TIME. A lot can happen in that time gap.
