<title>Big Government : Runaway Census Cost Is Frightening Preview of True Obamacare Price Tag</title>

<description>interesting information, but the table is not adjusted for inflation, so the numbers are not quite right that said, the 14.5 billion price tag is ridiculous, and the census eliminated the long form, and their collection systems should be much more automated than 10 years ago clearly, watchdogs need to audit this process, to really get at why the cost is what it is, and also to make sure the Census does not attempt to doctor the results. Congressional seats are at stake, so the forces of political economy are prone to manipulate the numbers. Recall that Obamas Chief of Staff attempted to make himself the census Czar and run the operation out of the White House. Republicans are also prone to politics, which is why they wanted to keep Puerto Rico from being a state and adding 5 democrafts to congress. The census needs to be based on objective science, and the politicians and political hacks need to be keep well away from it. </description>
