What a traumatic experience for the young woman involved. Betrayed by someone she considered a friend, then delivered to a sex-offender! I am fairly sure the police are coordinating some counseling for her. They should also give her a public-service award for the bravery she exhibited by coming forward. I wonder how many other young women she prevented from being victimized simply by reporting what had happened?
