Do parents know if children are being restrained or locked in timeout rooms in their schools. With dwindling resources, are you sure there is enough supervision in all areas of your school? If you have a special education student, do you really know what the words in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Behavior Plan mean? Is your student being restrained in the specialized classroom?
