I believe that there will be a house directly in front of the SH where you see the chain link fence and large tree when in the 360. It's possible that the driveway will be shared with that house. The parking pad could be a community guest parking spot. It's hard to know what exactly the driveway and lot configuration are without seeing a plat map for the development. I'm making a bit of an educated guess based on my husband being a land developer and I've seen lots of plat maps for subdivisions. PS: A flag lot is one that has very narrow frontage at the street - maybe just wider than a driveway with some landscaping. It then opens up further back on the lot where there is enough room to build a structure. One thing that would change is the TV over the range hood would have to go.
