She has had nothing but bad luck since moving here, and just hates it here. This will be the final nail to her moving when her lease is up. It just won't be worth it for her to pay that each day to drive to Kirkland. Buses? Sorry, that doesn't work. At our job, we are often required at no noticed to drive to Redmond from the Kirkland office for meetings. So you have to have a car for that. So I'm 99% she'll be gone by next spring. It was offered to all new customers. Since I was an exsisting customer (since 99) and wanted to same deal, I just called and asked for it.
