http://www.momshavedreamstoo.blogspot.com/ : Reinvent Yourself!

I really appreciate your tips. I had never even really thought about the possibility of hiding the nav bar to be honest. I agree, it does look better without it. For me, though, I had to first find this line of code: ]]>
Then I had to enter the other code right before that line: #navbar { display: none; }
I'll check out the favicon thing too. Thanks again! I always welcome advice!

Thanks! If anyone else has inspiring entrepreneurial quotes, I'd love for you to add them here. Here's one that I love as well:

\"Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal. \" - E.
Thanks for the compliments! I'll take them wherever I can get them! :) I will be getting a professionally designed custom template eventually. It's on my \"to do\" list. My \"to do\" list is always bigger than my free time unfortunately. I'm sure you know what I mean!

http://www.momshavedreamstoo.blogspot.com/ : Work From Home Job Blast: Alpine Access

Hi Sarah,

I did see on the application process that there was a step that involved a computer test. I did click on the button and it immediately told me that I was not running the correct software. Alpine Access is a legitimate company and I believe that the process of checking your system requirements is to save you time and them time in the application process. I would like to add to my post that they do require a background check, drug test and credit check for which you are required to pay $45 of the costs to Alpine. Such tests are expensive for the company and I would imagine from the company's point of view that they could potentially lose a lot of money paying for these tests on potential employees that do not pass. Alpine provides agents for companies like American Express and other information sensitive companies which is why they go to such lengths to ensure they hire the best possible employees for their workforce.

As with any work from home opportunity, I would encourage you to do your own homework regarding the legitimacy of any company that you consider working for. It is my goal to provide accurate information regarding legitimate work from home opportunities. Even with all of my efforts, there is the potential that I could be scammed as well. I wish you good luck in your search and appreciate you letting us know!

Hey, congratulations on doing the affiliate marketing thing! It is a VERY steep learning curve and you have to continue to learn because search engine rules are constantly changing. I took a look at your site, great looking Wedding site! I had a wedding niche site at one time that did quite well, that's a great topic. One tool that I have found to be extremely helpful with picking my keywords for sites is Micro Niche Finder. Don't know if you've heard of it, but it's definitely worth checking out. Just follow a plan and stick to it. My plan was to build 100 niche sites. Some of them made great money, some of them not-so-great. I was able to get a feel for what types of sites were money makers after awhile. Another good way to research what other guys are doing is to visit Warrior Forum. Great info there as well. Good luck!

Thanks, Arian, for your kind remarks about the blog. I really do wish to help more moms (& dads for that matter), find a way to earn extra money from home or to build a business from home. I took a look at your blog, by the way, and was blown away by the pictures that you've turned into portraits. So beautiful and surprisingly reasonably priced! Several years ago, my grandmother paid an artist to turn a picture of my son into a watercolor painting. It turned out beautifully and I will treasure it always. I may be over your way sometime to get something done of my 3 boys!

Hi Cassie! Actually I already have some blog posts on marketing ideas in the works. If you are needing ideas to boost traffic to your website, I would check out this post that I did on traffic generation.

Marketing strategies will vary according to what it is that you are trying to promote and/or sell. If you give me an idea of what specifically you are doing from home, I may be able to throw out a blog post to help you specifically with your marketing ideas.

--- On Thu, 3/25/10, IntenseDebate Notifications <notifications@intensedebatemail.com> wrote:

I will definitely be going into detail on exactly what I did. As I said, I had a very steep learning curve and the sites weren't the best looking things in the world, but they made money and that's all I cared about. Glad to have you following, Redhead!

--- On Thu, 3/25/10, IntenseDebate Notifications <notifications@intensedebatemail.com> wrote:
