Good question. Having 14 letters may be too many for a lot of sites that limit them to 10 to 12 letters, so that helps.

I have to admit I have mixed feelings about the GTA IV CE. That lock box that came with it is a total waste. However I've used the Rockstar bag as a gym bag and on short overnighters lots of times. The soundtrack was also pretty good and still makes it into my iPhone's music rotation.

I completely understand that. However because the packing & shipping is coming out of my own budget I limited it to the United States. It wasn't because I bear any ill will towards Canadians (or any country outside of the U.S.) but because it would cost significantly more for me to ship and a tad more for the shirts to arrive.

The Married Gamers : Extra Life: Now and Beyond

Man Erik you summed up why Kelly & I participate in Extra Life each year. Extra Life IS so much more than playing video games, sure it's a creative way to put our hobbies to a greater use, but seeing Extra Life in action raising money and visiting our local Children's hospital and the noble life-saving work they do...well it really puts things into perspectives. Thanks for reminding us all.

The Married Gamers : New Xbox 360 Controller in November

I'm glad we get a better D-pad, but man not having the blue, green, yellow, and red buttons is really going to make it a little harder for kids to learn the controller.

Again, personal attacks and patriotic d--k measuring is off-topic. There are plenty of places on the internet to indulge in that, so please keep comments related to the subject matter. I can, have, and will have no problems editing, deleting, or otherwise comments that cross that line. We're not about tearing others down here at TMG. -Chris Brown

The Married Gamers : FAQ Show Episode #1 Recorded on Saturday August 1st 2010

One episode. This is just the first episode and it was an introduction episode to the hosts of the show. I'm sure you'll find they when they dive into the show format it'll really shine.

For the record, I liked the first episode. It was an introduction to the hosts and gave a good feel for the banter that will come when the show settles into it's news commentary. There were a couple of audio issues which hopefully will be cleared up soon.

The two negative comments came from people with axes to grind against the host and were not constructive. I have little patience for trolls.

Frank Zappa is an excellent suggestion...honestly Rock Band has turned kids onto The Beatles, I'd love for those kids to also learn and listen to some Zappa too! Nice choice!

Very good point. While we only know just a handful songs on RB3, I do think their overall strategy is to be a place for everyone...much like iTunes. I think GH is trying to really have a strong & tight title this year really going for those in the hard rock/metal crowd. That's not saying one is worse than the other, it all boils to personal taste...much like music or any art form.

Good suggestions, but Avenged Sevenfold already has 7 songs on Rock Band (including 1 on the RB2 disc). I was going for bands that haven't been included yet...the only exception was Elton John who had one song on Lego Rock Band, an ancillary product. I'm not saying Sevenfold is bad or we should have A7X to play (we should I hope). Thanks for the comment man!

Who would you suggest as ten bands with keyboards to add (that already haven't been announced). It's easy to say something sucks but let's see you back that up with suggestions for other bands. One artist I neglected was Ray Charles who also deserves a place in Rock Band.

The chance of getting Pink Floyd into RB is about the same for getting Prince into RB. It'll probably never happen...unfortunately. Instead I went for artists that might have snowballs chance in hell to make it.

The Married Gamers : Reading Too Much Into It?: Bioshock

Good job John. I really hope we get many installments in this series. I'm itching to read one on Mass Effect 2! Regarding Bioshock, a lot has already been said about the moral choices in the game, but it's an interesting contrast between the false free will and predestination of Jack ultimately. Very intersting.

The Married Gamers : Why Kinect wasn't made for you

I really don't think the first person shooter fans, or the "hardcore" gamers (a term I don't like) have anything to worry about. Microsoft is more concerned about reaching new markets...not closing the door on their bread & butter gamers. Gears of War 3, COD: Black Ops, Halo: Reach....MS in their E3 press conference showed that they are committed to making sure this key demographic get very little sleep this fall and holiday. But they might have to buy a second Xbox so they don't have to fight over the console with their girlfriend, wives, partner, or kids.
