Thanks Irene...no massage yet but I am trying out a chiropractor for the first time. He seems to be putting my shoulders and neck back where they belong. Very odd experience. Might email you separately for your advice about it. On this upside his "monthly" plan is about the cost of a great massage for 3x a week. I'm giving it 30 days to see how I feel.
Was in CA lots in 2009 but never in San Diego. Would love to see you again!

Love this one Clay! Timely. I think almost all of my most significant growth was inspired by times of complete discomfort. Complacency is the devil. Hope your sword is not too rusty.

Almost looks like a yin/yang to me - balancing the light in the dark and the dark in the light. There is always a tension between them or perhaps that is just me...don't let the flame consume you!
