No, only the fan site is making a few bucks off this. Your unwillingness to listen to reason makes me wonder whether you're a fan site representative. Your occasional defense of communities is admirable, but not the vituperative tone you take with those working with -- and for -- communities.

If you don't like 570 KVI, tune into most other radio and tv stations to hear the fact about the site, or call Crime Stoppers, or Washington's Most Wanted (speaking of 'endorsements'). The facts are out there for anyone who wants to put in a little effort.

Good luck and yes, please join the community meeting! The more concerned citizens the better -- just remember, Colton Harris-Moore is the enemy, not your fellow citizens! (And keep in mind if you decide to speak: they won't take kindly to someone trying to undermine their efforts to put him behind bars.)

Thanks for your valid question. Mr. Rocha's 'offer' was accepted. In fact, he responded to my request for information by offering pro bono services and $2,500 in reward contributions (together with All City Bail Bonds).
I can tell you for a fact that he began his investigation before this story was written. He has met with the Island County Sheriff's department and others in the area, and will be talking with community members at the community meeting on Camano Island Tuesday 01 June.
