This happens more than you'd think. There was a spate of this in Gig Harbor, the Target pkg lot... a sex offender the Sherrif's had named, "Fishnet Jack". He also exposed himself to a female jogger on Peacock Hill Rd. She verified the accuracy of the moniker -- he wore fishnet stockings. We checked out County website for sex offenders after this and there was another one living on the next street over, which was right behind our greenbelt. Fishnet lived at the hotel down by the Floatation Device tavern... which is where many reside because they don't have to register -- temporary residence loophole.
