The point, (read real slow, okay) is that he was driving under the influence with a child in the car. Makes not a bit of difference how fast he was, or wasn't going when he got caught. It is endangering, see, to drive while under the influence.
What you seem to be saying is that because he was only driving 5 mph, they should have let him drive the child home?

Looks like she did pretty well for herself.
The reason why some people are afraid of gun owners is because some of them talk like they're just itchin' for someone to mess with them so they can show off what they've got.
I think, even in self defense, taking a life doesn't feel so cavalier.
