i know a lot of dedicated & reliable OLDER employees have been let go??? Why,nancy???/why tonya???? no apparent good reason. age discrimination????too much pay???? creating a hostile work environment will help the situation????the current hospital does not even have enough employees to keep it clean currently. sad,sad,sad!!! look around you while at this hospital.why are experienced nurses orienting new nurses, then are asked to take a Severance package???age/wage descrimination????class action law suit soon????
