awesome! i've loved your posts on jesters. you've really merged your interest and research to create an engaging blog.
if you haven't already, maybe watch a few different versions of the tempest to see if prospero's character is always self-serving, or if he is sometimes portrayed as being selfless. as for my own interpretation of his character, i think he is pretty selfless, but he does want justice for what was done to him and miranda. i think he would do anything for miranda, and in fact he does. although he causes the tempest to get back at those who caused him grieve and who usurped him, he also had the plan to match miranda with ferdinand so that miranda could have a chance at a lovely life with a well-suited mate. anyway, you have some great points!
looks like you have a pretty well-grounded thesis! thanks for making your hub so organized as it gives me hope that mine can be organized too. you have come up with some very nice conclusions and the means by which you have reaches them. nice work, and good luck with the remainder of your research!
it was really fun, especially since we were able to enjoy the sunshine while performing our lines :) thanks for setting it all up! i think it worked out pretty well, and it provided all of us with the opportunity to becomes voice actors at some point in the future :)
yeah, this is really helpful in seeing that the hub post need not be so scary or intimidating, as i have felt it is. thanks for sharing mandy's format and for making the hub in general easy to follow! i will definitely be referring back to this post for my own hub. thanks!
i find the whole witch trial periods in history to be so fascinating! and how and why they lasted for so long! sheesh...those poor women. unless they really were in league with the devil. hmm. anyway, i enjoyed reading this!
what room did you reserve? i might join in on that if that's okay :)

very cool that you were able to interpret the medieval bauble into more abstract ideas, like stupidity, and it works! this is really fascinating, and very entertaining!
aw man, i voted for the "right" one the first time around, then i got to thinking that the basilisk one might be an abstract japanese version of shakespeare, but. i was wrong. should've stuck with my gut instinct. very cool idea though!
