The report does give some information about the note. They stated that the note 'insinuated possible thoughts of suicide and provided information about the disposition of his property'.
I am not full of nonsense, and I am truly sorry that you feel that way. Northern Idaho is NOT a racist hive. Some bad things in regards to racism have happened in the past - just as much as in other areas, but it is not a racist hive. I guess we could go back and forth and keep disagreeing on this, but I do know that I am not full of nonsense on this issue. I think the fact that year after year how the residents came together, stood up to the skinheads, told them their hate wasn't welcome - until they finally gave up and went somewhere else - shows that that community is not only not racist, but will not tolerate it in their area. Of course, this is not the only reason I know Idaho is not a racist area, I just don't have enough space or time to give all the details.
I think it says more that the residents of Coeur d'Alene - the people who LIVE there - blocked and stopped this parade from continuing year after year until the skinheads finally went somewhere else. Skinheads can go anywhere to have their parade. Because they have their march in one area doesn't make that area racist. They go wherever than can across the nation to try and spread their hate. The residents of Northern Idaho have stood up to them and let them know that their racism is not welcome.
Northern Idaho is not the white supremacy capital of the world. You obviously have never lived there, or visited there. Otherwise you would know that all the bad press the area gets is untrue. One idiot does something like this and the area gets a lot of bad press. But what about in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 when the residents of Coeur d'Alene blocked the streets so the skinheads - that came in from other states - could not continue with their yearly parade? This made the news every single year - but yet few people remember this. They only remember the things like what this idiot Germana did.

Anne, you need to go to Idaho, especially northern Idaho, and visit with the residents there. It's not a racist state. One idiot gets a lot of press and it gives the whole area a bad name. But that's all it is...one idiot - and they exist in every state.
