Electric vehicles in this country is not a solution, it's a delusional theory. The Physics defy it. 30 million cars alone will require a so far uncalculated number of power Stations to charge them. The maximum possible efficiency delivering electricity is 50%, and in practice around 40%. Charge the car with it and its another around 40% efficiency. Outcome around 16-18% efficiency.
If you live in some States in the USA where near 100% of the electricity is generated by hydro power it is a different matter altogether. NO CHANCE HERE.

All this is wrong Target.
For those born in the 30s, the world population has nearly trebled. Every person on the planet has a Carbon footprint. Trebling again makes a nonsense of all efforts to decarbonise. How will this planet support another trebling and another?

if you think children are taken into care because "the welfare of the child is paramount", think again.

There are few relevant statistics. A one time Children's Minister provided some, Edward Timpson says "the outcomes for children in care remain woeful.

He adds:

"For instance, we know that children in care are seven times more likely to misuse drugs and alcohol than others, 50 times more likely to end up in prison than others, [because by age 18 at the latest they are put on the street, 24% of prison inmates were in care] 60 times more likely to become homeless and 66 times more likely to have children of their own who will need public care. [in other words abducted to perpetuate and finance the industry]

And when it comes to education, last year just 460, or one in 14, care leavers went on to University."

To paraphrase Stalin's explanation: - When a Jew kills a Muslim it's a tragedy, wicked and unforgivable. When Muslims kill Muslims in their hundreds of thousands it's a statistic. Where are the protesters? - Syria, Libya etc - and what about the Rohingyas? - it's not Israel so not interested.

Have always been puzzled why Jews would vote Labour. An enterprising,hardworking group votes for a "something for nothing party"! Have never understood it.

Are charities that are largely funded by the state really charities. I do not think so. What is more, the public who do contribute are likely to be dumbfounded to discover their executives receive six figures salaries. Not what one expects one's contributions to fund.
