Cool. Maybe we can get some fine Cuban cigars now as well as the cheap Chinese junk we all get at Wall-mart.

Did Bush leave the country in better or worse shape than he received it in? Who's blaming him for the current flu season?

You seem kinda gullible.

From the Times

"The cost to Colorado’s economy, according to the company: $85 million in local economic activity and up to 400 supply-chain jobs."

That's all they say regarding the loss of revenue. They simply quote Magpul's claim. No other proof or analysis is offered.

I've wasted enough time with your "reasoning and speculation" presented as irrefutable fact. Your personal attacks have been amusing but not surprising for a partisan who can't back up his own point.

Have a pleasant weekend.

You keep waving that Washington Times link around like it verifies Magpul's numbers. They do nothing more than quote the company on that number. No analysis or anything.

I've shown how their number is rational and reasonable - given their stated number of staffers (direct and indirect) and the array of costs - including taxes, overhead, labor, supplies, etc.

I don't care about their operating costs, except the taxes and any other assorted state fees that contribute to state revenue. The asserted loss to state revenue is the subject here. Every company has operating costs. The question is are the numbers asserted by Magpul accurate? What asserted revenue loss are they based on?

What in heck does your speculation about Sandy hook have to do with what we are talking about?

Don't tell me what I want. Your just making stuff up. Heck, you want me to make your case for you. If you have so much capacity and will...make your own case and quit calling me lazy because I won't do it for you.

Oh and now you are clairvoyant...or just someone who is making stuff up again.

Your name calling again because you can't back up your belief.

Until, you or some other source can offer up a detailed breakdown of what these taxes and fees are that will cost the state $85 mil, I will remain skeptical.

I haven't been presented by anything but Magpul's unsubstantiated claim. if you have some actual breakdowns of the numbers bring them on. That reference was nothing more than the Times unquestioningly quoting Magpul.

The only thing you've shown is that you unquestioningly believe Magpul's assertion. You can't back up your tall talk and then resort to name-calling. Do your own legwork.

You call them instead and get the info to back up your "hard numbers".

Once again, I don't want speculation. I want hard numbers.
