What struck me today is being "impecable with my word." I don't like to "hurt anybody." so I am often ambigous and beat around the bush when I have something difficult to say. So this agreement is telling me to be be clear with my words and to speak without blaming, criticising, complaining or gossiping but with king, loving respectful clarity.
