When I've stayed at the Rosario we had such a fabulous time we couldn't wait to return. However Success breeds success, wouldn't it be great to see the Rosaro restored to its beauty. It will take a very wealthy person to do this, all rich people are not bad. Many rich people belong to charities to help others, lets all hope this is what happens. This is a very special place just like Lugano, Switzerland; Carmel, California; or Kaui, HI. Relax Orcas Islanders(I'm refering to the first bloggers listen to Island Grown your negative energy doesn't help. Property prices are up everywhere. If you own proerty on the Island you are probably a millionaire. I'm sure the employees will be out of work which is not good for any economy. Why do the islanders believe its "their" Island, all mainlanders are not BAD people. Many people who own land on Orcas have homes on the main land. If you don't want progress why don't you all move to Alaska and drive on the road to no where or purchase the Resort and Shut up.
