@Tima1: I took therapy too ... I didn't think it would help, but it changed the course of my life. And you are SO right. Abusers do nothing but take and take until there is little to nothing left. I can say from personal experience that Chris is NOT a taker. He is very generous and kind. I really appreciate you being open about the domestic issue ... if anything this incident is good for is to open up the doors of communication so we can share our stories and get comfort from them.

@SMDH: Sorry. Let me clarify, sweetie. Assumptions are based on something you know little of, right?? You said it yourself. But the thing is ... I know Chris. It's why I can vouch for his character like I do. I don't front, I try and be as open as possible to fellow fans so they won't worry so much without jeopardizing privacies. I use this alias however, to protect myself. Anyway. I have to go to bat for him. I know he'd do the same for me, and I'm tired of people who don't him personally who continue ripping on him. People who don't even know the real person aside from the limelight ...

Yes'm! In the pictures when they were in the gym that time recently ...

Columbus was sitting to the left of Chris.

It took me a min to pin him because of all that facial hair he had! XD

FINALLY 'Calisfinest21'. Can you go on the Rihanna fan sites and telling them that? lol Man, I been tryna tell people that Rihanna had a hand in this as well ... her temper was involved in this too. I had no idea they took lie detector tests. THANK YOU for sharing this. The media always wants to make a profit off of a story ... smh ...

I TOTALLY AGREE.

Why couldn't Columbus have pulled Chris to the side when they were in LA playing ball and told him that? He had to talk to the media about it verses the man himself? Come'on now.

Where was the 'positivity' he spoke of in the very same breath?

That was low of him to make an indirect comment like that, and then come around and call him 'little brother'? That's some bullshit.

Thank you SO much for giving more of a legal stand point. I totally agree with what you've said.

And I agree with you. I don't think Chris will be convicted. Besides, he is a first time offender ...

I know, right? Ha. We spoke too soon about those salty-actin folks being gone ...

I don't normally go back and forth. So after this, I'm done. But I just can't sit here and read your bullshit. Oh and I don't think. I know I know Chris. I realize it might be difficult to accept that 'normal folk' know celebrities but it isn't impossible. Famous artists are people too. Don't assume simply because YOU don't know Chris personally that other's don't.

The only reason why I'm here is because Chris can't speak right now. He can't defend himself right now because of legalities and it drives me crazy. And I'm sick of people thinking they know him from the jump and judging him based on what they THINK they know. Honestly I'm tired of all this bureaucracy. Somebody has to say something!

You brought up something interesting. Chris IS the sweet person you see on television. How you percieve him ... that's NO act. That's the real deal. He really is like that. But even amazing personalities and sweet people can make mistakes. I never once insinuated the because we are all Chris fans that we blindly accept what he does - good or bad - and swallow it like it's okay.

I don't think violence is OKAY. Whether a man OR a woman dishes it out. But people forget that Rihanna can be violent and has a temper as well. Like women can't be abusers? It isn't IMPOSSIBLE. I had a good friend whose woman used to wail on him. But because of the stigma associated with abuse and because he was afraid of being ridiculed as the BIG STRONG MALE getting slapped on by his itty-bitty girl, he didn't come forward for years.

I saw the product as well. Rihanna's face. And for those who have been in truly violate relationships know as well that Rihanna's injuries were blown WAY out proportion. But most fans don't know or can't tell the severity of injuries like that.

You and I agree on one thing. Chris needs some kind of counseling so he can process all of this. The media frenzy, the break up, what really happened that night ... Chris needs outside aid so he can deal with this and move.on. People have NO right to judge him or crucify his character because of a PERCEIVED wrong. Only God can level judgement, here ...

And you know this ... how? Oh, I know how! You were also in the car, watching the whole thing go down. Right. All sarcasm aside. If you've ever been in an abusive relationship, you know what a REAL altercation looks like. And believe me. That photo of Rihanna's face ain't it.

Before you go all 'why are you defending him'-esque I would know. I was in a crazy situation with a controlling boyfriend for over a year. Best believe if we got into it, I wouldn't WILLINGLY sit on some car keys (or) chuck them out of a window. That actually defeats the purpose of GETTING AWAY from the other party.

Oh, and another thing. Chris didn't beat Rihanna to a 'bloody pulp'. If that were the case, Rihanna's facial features would not have been recognizable. And in the picture TMZ leaked ... where were the fingerprints in the form of bruises on her neck? We all know Ri's complexion, and if she had those scratch marks on her cheeks then all those other marks Chris supposedly 'inflicted' should've been visable as well.

Don't get me wrong ... I don't think violence in ANY FORM is appropriate. But I'm sick of people acting like the only violence that happens in a situation like this is a man vs. a woman. People forget, women can let fists fly just as easily as a male.

This is long but I had to get this out. I'm tired of people coming on Chris' fansites and acting like they know about him or how he personally gets down. And I can say for a fact that you don't know two shits about Chris. Because if you did, you wouldn't have even thought about typing half of what you said.

I mean, your job is to protect your client; so Pat was doing his job in that aspect, especially since we know how much of a circus incensed paps can be sometimes. Pat mistook the guy for a pap. (I mean, wouldn't you? Photogs are looking for a way to get pictures to hype up this incident surrounding Chris.)

He didn't 'beat down' anyone, he chased the guy and he fell and injured his leg. Isn't it crazy? Man, the media is such a circus sometimes, I swear. They'll harp on anything to make a story. I mean, I've gotten (halfway) trampled trying to get an autograph before, but I never got any media coverage because of it, lol.
