<description>I completely agree with you. French tax payers shouldn&amp;#039;t be funding companies that don&amp;#039;t provide sufficient value to France....it&amp;#039;s really a tuff issue here, you can easily argue both sides (protectionism and free trade markets), but I do agree with Sarkozy, companies that add value to France should have increased access to financial and other aid...but companies at the same time need to maximize shareholder value by operating at the most efficient and cost saving levels as possible, wherever that may be.  hopefully the auto industry will pick up again soon... </description>
