You say Lesnar wants to focus on training clean for the Cormier fight?

My best guess is that he will focus on beating the USADA (I think UFC uses USADA but maybe VADA) drug tests, by using a different undetectable PED than the one he already got busted for. Not saying he won't train extremely hard - he will - but I highly doubt it will be 100% clean.

I think 90%+ of pro athletes are on some type of PED though, and it's just my opinion.

I'm not sure, but perhaps the "legal team" consisted of both men's attorneys working together. Meaning there was only 1 team from beginning to end, that consisted of both men's attorneys

Nostalgia is fine - as long as it's not taking up all the main event spots. Or preferably use the past stars to put over today's talent if you do use nostalgia. Which they do some of, but matches in recent years like Sting vs. HHH, Shane vs. Taker, etc do little/nothing for me. Lesnar I include there too simply because he's never around, and don't really care for him when he is around.

And wow - Hogan fell to #22? Objectively it's hard to rank him any lower than #3 of the Wrestlemania Era (I have him at #1, but can see Austin/Rock ahead of him and not have too many issues with that). Maybe those racist comments hurt his standing? Or his perceived "lack of work rate"?

I guess for younger fans they may not fully appreciate just how over Hogan was - but I mean there wasn't anyone in the history of the business (at least the Mania era) that was as over as Hogan - and nobody who drew more $ other than maybe Austin/Rock.

Well to be fair - Total Bellas does not have a wrestling show as a lead in...

Plus, the Bellas have been on reality TV for awhile, whereas the Miz and Maryse not as much (although yes Maryse was on Total Divas before). So people may be tired of Bellas whereas this is something new..

So I don't really view this as a fair comparison.

That said - I do think that the Miz is a bigger draw to wrestling fans certainly, and possibly even mainstream fans. So I'm not really arguing your point necessarily - just stating how the comparison should be taken with a bit of a grain of salt.

Is this sarcasm or are you for real?

Linda McMahon is part of the Trump Administration.. So yeah, I kind of doubt that is why he was released!

I'm sure he pissed someone off backstage - but let's face it - the guy was a talentless hack.

I don't like seeing people lose their jobs, but I was never entertained by the guy anyway

Tito - while I agree money does not buy happiness - money does allow one to provide for his family, and that may be more important to Daniel than his position on the card.

From what I understand - even when WWE was not pushing him the way a lot of us thought he should be pushed - the man himself did not really care whether he was winning, losing, etc.

Now - it seems Bryan is the type to not spend money - and he probably is set for quite a long time - but then again you never know what can happen.

Ultimately I know Bryan can be successful outside of the WWE- and would not blame him if he did leave - but I'm not sure it's fair for any of us to tell him to leave the WWE and potentially leave large sums of money on the table.

I really don't care why Dave Meltzer thinks Nakamura came to the WWE (or what Dave Meltzer thinks about much of anything for that matter).

But I do think we will get a better match out of heel Nakamura than face Nakamura, at least I hope so.
