Further, if anyone harassed anyone here the best I can tell is Jaggar harassed Barnett. She informed the accuser that he was contradicting her allegations based on eyewitnesses he talked to. Should he have done so? Well, should the "witnesess" in the UVA case have been interviewed? These women want to launch allegations and sidestep the blowback. They have a duty to substantiate their claims and I find it very telling the DC does not compel them to do so.

The negative effects of university policing Title IX violators was apparent in the Jessie Matthews case which has resulted in the deaths of at least two young girls. Matthews committed sexual assault at Christopher Newport College and Liberty in Virginia. The schools solution was to kick him out thereby releasing him into Virginia. Lo and behold he is a serial rapist! Had law enforcement been involved instead of college administrators perhaps these girls would be alive. Only ill winds blow when administration assumes policing powers - the Catholic church, Penn State, UVA hoax, and now CU. Call law enforcement - they don't always get it right but they have a system of due process which CU, in a rush to do Obama's bidding and keep Fed. money, does not.

I surmise we can glean quite a bit from Brown's - video, facebook page, twitter, lyrics, friends, drug use, and assault of a cop. You say it deserved an investigation? There were several autopsies, grand jury heard ballistics evidence, and multiple eyewitnesses. Question - what kind of person attempts to grab a policeman's gun? Would you ever try to grab someones gun? Is it crazy or thuggish or both?
