One could easily hire Malaysians who is already proficient in the language (Chinese) and do not need to spend time/ money on training.

If one is only doing business with China (and Taiwan), of course la only Chinese is used to conduct business. That is NOT being racist.

I assure you that there are many Malays (and other races) who are proficient in the Chinese language.
