Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : 4/22/09: Interrogation Techniques Provided Us With HIGH VALUE Information

All of these comments are assuming that torture or whatever you want to call it actually did provide high value information. Further, we are assuming that traditional American interrogation techniques would not work. Before I comment on this I want to see proof that these techniques worked and that traditional techniques would not. I don't necessarily belief the administrator that was responsible for this.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : "The Worst Financial Crisis In History"

I don't think you mean that the Iraqi war was a complete waste. To a soldier no war or battle is a complete waste. You probably mean that there was poor judgment in the decision to invade Iraq. With this I can agree, we probably should have invaded Iran and Pakistan and kept the pressure on in Afghanistan.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : SPEAKER PELOSI IS ABOUT TO INTRODUCE GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE

It seems that you are all reading into this too much. One of the options in Pelosi's plan is a government run health care plan ... to compete with the other commercial run plans. This implies that this option is not mandatory government run health care. Recall that Obama's plan is if you already are happy with the health care plan you have keep it. If a health care plan is not available to you or the plan provided at your work place is too expensive then the government will will allow you to enroll in commercial health care plans that are provided to government employees, and probably at the same premium or less. The government negotiates the terms of government employees health care plans with the commercial companies. For example, you can not be denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. The government does not negotiate with individuals as to who and what is covered, the commercial health care provider still does that.
