what i wanna know is up what is with spock and uhura?? this pic plus the hug in the trailer? is this logical?
Spock is special. half human, half vulcan, logic and emotion run rampid in his veins!
love the caddyshack reference at the end. Justin long eating poop is funny stuff!
I am wondering if kirk being the asshole is the point.
I don't know if i want to buy this shirt or make this image my wallpaper. why not both, hmmmm!
pretty much! i find this humourous i guess, in so much that people will be attaching this to "how bad the film is" which is a shame. but maybe this be said now before things get out of hand, and i apologize for saying it, but obviously this isn't just some "oh my god this film completely ruined the source material" reaction. it may be a factor, it may not, but this doesn't happen unless there is something going on. i am just hoping we don't get too distasteful with this. there should be some respect to an issue such as this.
Dear NBC, Please allow people outside of the US, especially those people who live in Canada, to watch videos on your website. that would be great thanks!
And does Segal have that kind of pull where he can get a guest host to do such a skit?
I agree the RED does kick so much ass! the quality is outstanding and the camera itself is gorgeous. Now if only i have 10 grand to throw down on one! the film itself sounds cool and looks like a great 70's homage film. I liked Colloras short work on batman and superman. He plays with light really well and can set up those great action poses/shots that define what the entire film is about. it'll be interesting to see what he can do with a feature length.
These are probably just production stills, taken by a photographer not the film camera. I just watched the trailer to see if i could tell if she was green, cause i hadn't noticed before, and yea she looks green in the trailer, but it looks hard to notice. Plus trading cards are generally as good to look at as the film itself. not as tidied up is what i have come to understand. unless i am wrong.
But don't you run into the problem of comparing your new victorian era detective to holmes, who for most people is not only the quintessential victorian era detective but the quite possibly the quintessential detective. people are going to compare this incarnation of Ritchie's to older incarnations so why not have this one be holmes instead of another person. he may not look like the old holmes but he may just act like him. And my holmes knowledge is sparse to begin with, seen a few of his adventures, but in the books is he actually described as wearing his infamous apparel that we have seen him wear time and time again or is it just a look created by those who brought him to the screen?
