It’s very exciting to have Oregon leading the nation in wave energy development, and Annette Von Jouanne is right – it is going to take a lot of collaboration.

For anyone interested in wave energy, the Oregon Wave Energy Trust is hosting the 3rd annual Ocean Renewable Energy Conference in Coos Bay next month on September 25th & 26th.

The conference will present all aspects of project development, and include community leaders, developers, utilities, and regulators working to create a national model for ocean energy development.
