Of course, these guys always claim that there was a revolution that voted Obama in, and that they have a mandate to do these things. They don't have a mandate, and especially not a mandate to pass anti-Constitutional laws and measures.
Good for Flake, to keep trying, but he needs to stop trying to be friends with Fidel and Raul Castro for his greedy purposes. The Castros have ties to many of Obama's associates in Congress and in Hollywood, and they are a source of Communist Manifest mandates, ideas, and propaganda, including sending spies to the US to coordinate activities that are reflected in quite a bit of the Leftist, Communist stuff being implemented in this country. We're like Chavez's Venezuela in the year 2000, and unless these connections to the Communists in Latin America, we will continue being swamped by drugs, illegal immigration, and communist economic measures.
It goes back to what I was saying this morning: many claims are made against the unconstitutionality of the laws and programs being passed, planned, or in the making, including the fact that Obama may not have been born in the USA. Keyes has made the assertion in very blunt terms. But nobody demands the investigation, nobody goes to court on it, nobody dares put it up to a real test, and apparently no one considers it an item that you can go to court over...or does somebody? Or will somebody put it to the rest? It would seem that Government Law Enforcement of some kind would investigate and clear it up, but I think they're afraid...How do we take the fear out of taking action by the proper investigative agencies?
I meant that gold should go up, after its normal volatility, and the dollar and our accounts will be run to the ground by all these Marxist measures of the present government.
It can be used for barter...and...at the rate it is going, with the economic crisis, the dollar, IRAS in dollars, etc., will be worthless.
Many are buying gold, private denominations, like the Austrian Gold Schilling, or the US, $20 denomination DeGauden coins. They also have numismatic value. It's the only insurance against what's happening. Not an investment, in my opinion, but good to have a percentage of assets in gold---preferably not bullion, which the government can confiscate.
Okay, I agree, but I keep hearing things like "wake up America," and "let's march," and "let's oppose this or that," but again I want to ask, how do we not wait until our rights are formally demolished. Obviously, many of us feel that the laws being passed or proposed, the negotiations to put our Constitution beneath the UN, etc., are all anti-Constitutional, but how do we show, legally, to the nation, that the ones passing these laws and resolutions are in the wrong and are, in effect, violating the Constitution, and that they should be thrown away from their posts for these flagrant violations. These Marxists are moving at lightning speed, not slowly as many anticipated, in implementing radical Marxist plans to take our rights away and turn the country's government into a Tyranny. How do we effectively STOP these laws even after the current president signs them. If they ARE unconstitutional then they ARE unconstitutional and should be thrown out. But how do we do it? Hmmmmm....
If these unconstitutional bills, or portions of bills keep getting passed, how can We The People go to court to have them disputed as just that, unconstitutional. I understand the Give Act already passed and it's on its way to the president. I also understand now that HR1444 hasn't passed yet, but that its language was part, originally, of the Give Act. Is that correct? I'm flabbergasted by how easily these bills pass even if they are unconstitutional, or if we think they are. Surely, there must be constitutional lawyers in Conservative or Libertarian circles that can go to court to fight them, aren't there?
Obama will oppose any attempts by families to retain control of the religion, philosophies, morals, and values that a family has all the rights to instill in their children. Part of the Marxist, Salinsky, Communist Manifesto ways is to brainwash children as soon as possible. Just look at what many schools are already telling our children about our history, and against our soldiers and armed forces. Look at the BS of letting enemy terrorists free to rejoin their terrorist hordes to continue their killings. Just look at the attempts to place us under International Law, UN control, above and over our Constitution. We are always made to look as bad guys, and our children are growing up thinking America is cruel when it is not.
