This has been a very quiet incident and haven't heard any more news on this, to what really happened?

I'm sure that both companies had some kind of emergency procedure in place and proper point of contacts for such an accident. The company Securitas and Sears have all employees information prior to employment, along with personal information in case of getting hurt.
