This was a disaster waiting to happen - his store full of junk sat for years gathering dust and Eugene - city of permits restrictions and so on-did nothing to get it cleaned up - hello abatement rules - it was an eyesore every time I went to get a burrito! Sorry for the owner, but doesnt the city require insurance and have rules against junk filled buildings sitting and rotting right on the main drag?
