This is a systemic problem in the department. The officers have shown not only poor judgement in an alarming number of cases, but have broken the law over and over again and have little more than a slap on the wrists. I am DISGUSTED with BPD and the lack of accountability. If I were to derelict my duties as routinely and flagrantly as the BPD (eg. Kathleen O'Toole) I would be fired on the spot and never allowed to practice in my field again. It's just an other day at the office for these clowns... Pathetic.
