I am totally with you on this one. I am really hoping that Samoa Joe is the mystery partner.

They should absolutely all be inducted, including Garvin. That said, I am willing to bet that the headliner next year will be The Undertaker. At least I hope!

DarkestBlood383 is completely correct, the First Amendment is extremely important to defamation suits. This is why celebrities rarely file defamation suits, as it would be a huge waste of time and resources. So magazines like STAR and the like run crazy headlines if they simply hear a story and reasonably believe it to be true. This is the same reason nobody sued Canseco. Not necessarily because everything he wrote was Gospel, it is simply that Canseco believed it to be true.__So, there is really no conceivable reason the WWE or any member of the WWE would sue for defamation. There is simply no logic in doing so.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I was reading this article. I am a big Tito fan, but it is like no research was done for this article. This specific instance would be considered slander, or spoken word defamation. For WWE, Ryback, Triple H, or any other in the company to prove slander, they would have to prove that CM Punk KNEW he was lying. Not only that, but since they work in the national spotlight, they would be considered public figures, so they must also prove that Punk acted with Malice when making the statements. So, all CM Punk would have to do would claim he believed everything he said was true. So, it would be near impossible for WWE or member of WWE to win a defamation suit.__

AJ actually revealed in a Comic-Con panel last year that she turned down the opportunity to be on the first season of Total Divas. She had no interest. So if AJ leaves the company, it will not be due to her lack of inclusion on Total Divas.

Not for nothing, but I remember Paige beating the likes of Tamina and Alicia Fox on NXT and no one complaining. Charlotte still has some work to do, but for someone who has only been in the business for such a short time she is great.
