I have only just begun the age regression stuff..so I am a newbie....I believe it works....but you have to have the courage to follow through and you have to trust the person you are working with...I truly trust P , and that is in my favor...yes Bongo took control in a big way . i'm glad you understand a bit more now :) I am glad P is with me too..she is my rock....thank you for the hugs....love and prayers...they mean a lot to me....loving you...As always...XOXOXOXO

Melissa.. when i was very young around 5 years old..I had suffered horrific abuse...My body could not handle the physical pain.. so my mind removed me from it and created someone else to take the pain.. that is just one aspect of DID.....the body still feels the abuse... as if it is happening now...I have yet gotten to a place where the memories can be washed away or at least coped with...

I too wish I could see and hear through you and own it for myself.... when I first started looking for answers I had no clue so much was buried and what it would take to heal...I really hope that through this hell that someone else can know they are not alone...I don't want this blog to just be a blog .. I want it to help someone else..i want it to mean something..i want to find my answers and heal and I want to share it....Thank you for seeing and hearing for me....I am so happy you are in my life...
