Tech Cocktail : Anti-Lean Startup Model Case Study: Why Venmo Took 2 Years to Launch

We've actually had clients pay us using Venmo, and of course, investor @GaryV has helped spread the word since the beginning. While MVP's are great, when it comes to people's money, you can't really risk lots of bugs. I think Venmo has been very smart about it.

Tech Cocktail : Track Your Healthy Habits Using New App from RoutineTap

I've been testing it out and really like it - love that I could even create a mini food-journal within it. Can't wait for the mobile app, Miguel! Like Workflowy, I love how it can be customized vs trying to fit into someone else's idea of what to track. Most other health apps don't work for me (I've tried several) because they are too structured and too complex. FOr me, simplicity wins. Great job.

Tech Cocktail : Easily Create, Rethink and Relink QR Codes with ToggleTo.com

Hi Tom - we invite very early stage companies to demo at our events - Toggle.to was one of them. The idea was to share their vision and what they are setting out to do. Thanks for the mention of Codif.ly - this is definitely an interesting and growing space and there will be many players.

Love this. When it opens in Maine, I'll have my mom share her "egg lady" who lives down the street, and the lettuce lady, and the corn lady, etc... And of course promote the local lobsterman, like my dad, who will sell you fresh lobster all summer :D

I think Mark's comments about the exponential growth of sharing were pretty impressive - so now I'd like to see them pick up the pace on the sharing experience, make privacy options more intuitive and give more control to users in general.
