Dude, that doesn't even scratch the surface. That is one tiny project compared to what is coming. That ENTIRE parcel bounded by 119th, Arapahoe, County Line, and Erie Parkway is scheduled to be filled in with THOUSANDS of homes and retail, etc, anywhere a home doesn't already sit. All without one additional lane being added to any of the roads, as far as I can tell.

Not sure you two are talking about the same space. The space at the SE corner of 287 and Arapahoe has always been scheduled for a retail shopping center since Erie grabbed it. A mile further east on Arapahoe, on the north side of the road between 119th and County Line will be, basically, a completely new city with thousands of homes, retail, condos, you name it; along with the corresponding traffic apocalypse.

And, congrats to Lafayette Council. You have now achieved your dream of becoming Broomfield North. Way to go.
