Yes I was very surprised to find that business is the factor that shapes immigration. I was under the impression that I lived a country that valued the well being of people more than it does money, but not so. I thought that there was some sort of government policy that shaped immigration. If business shapes immigration then there must not be any type government policy that says and talks about exactly how immigration should be best managed.I thought that voters were the people who shaped immigration. I thought this because I was under the impression that the people of the country had the power to dictate the country. I that this type of thing is what democracy was all about. I thought that the immigrants them selves were the factor that shaped immigration. I this because the amount of immigrants entering the country changes the dynamics of the economy of the country. So by flooding the country the immigrants readjust the economy of the country in some way or another. I never thought that business was the factor that shaped immigration because I did not see immigration as a thing that was about money. Well...I guess that type of foolishness makes sense because this is a capitalistic country. I imagine then that just about every thing in this country is some how influenced by business. This business influence on the immigration in our country really needs to change. This is a situation that I do not like a all, but I guess it is what is. What should be happening is this. People should be coming up with ways to make this immigration problem in this country better. How so? Well...I am not exactly sure, but the first thing that can be done is to simply stop killing the people who are risking their lives to get into this country. Start detaining those people and then sending them back to the country from witch they came if there is no way that they can be of good use in this country. Do what ever you can with them with out killing them and with out putting them through slavery and without holding them captive. I guess the one other thing that can be done to improve the problem with immigration is to start investing American dollars into other countries all through out the world in such a way as to improve the economies of these third world countries so that the citizens of these other third world countries have more of an incentive to stay in their own country and not risk their lives to live in America working for less than minimum wage. Now we all know that minimum wage rates of this country is not enough money to support your self on in this country. Now just imagine how difficult life is for those who are illegal immigrants.

I think the fact that our schools are more segregated now than they were in the 1970s is something that says a whole lot about our society. This was a bit of information that surprised me to find out about. I thought that much of that segregation was done away with by all of the laws that have been passed through out American history. This is something that goes back to the law makers of this country. Are laws being made that are fair to the people of this country? Is there really a free country? Ya know...thinking about it now. I think this fact about our schools being more segregated now than in the 1970s says that our society is built on hypocrisy. Our society is filled with people who say one thing and then turn around and do another. I really think that is just it. Remember that king of the mountain analogy that Sam talked about earlier in the semester. I have grown to realize that this is the base line cause of the reason why there is so much segregation in our society today. The people at the top are making laws that help them and hurt others. Then there is the war on drugs going on. The police are killing and brutalizing Black people and Spanish people. Who knows why they are doing this? Who knows why the laws of the land are assisting the police in their own destructive efforts against every person in the who country who is not a white person? Look at the Native Americans. They have the worst living condition. Who know why the law is assisting them so much in their acts of committing a genocide. White people are killing off all of the Native Americans. Next on the list is Black people and Spanish people. All of these things play a role in the phenomena of the harder people fight for freedom and equality the more destruction and genocide and segregation continues to evolve. Our society is just a society that is been turned upside down and then has turned upon it self to eventually destroy itself. Will this country finally achieve complete failure? I hope not , but man...it sure is headed in that direction. The next thing you know will be other nations taking over and over throwing this country because this country will have become just that divided. Well...I guess the whole point in talking about it is to challenge your self to be a better person and not take part in the social decline. I guess the path to a better world starts with little exercises like this little writing assignment. I guess it starts with little group discussions like the one we have in this class. Ultimately the question is this. Will we the people choose to live together as a society or divide up and then die together as a whole?

I have been putting my self in the shoes of other people for the past 20 years. I do this in order to gain more understanding of those persons who are not like me. I put my self in the shoes of those persons who are much like for the same reasons. By doing this my chances of survival increase. I am not sure of exactly how much, but I have a better chance at succeeding in the world if I can understand others. I have a stronger view of the way in which I viewed the war in Iraq. I have thought that Americans have been wrong about their reasons for going to war with Iraq ever sense George Bush mismanaged the alliances that this country had with other countries through out the world. I am sure that the war in Iraq has been going on for many years. However, before I started trying to understand the ways in which America is viewed by the people in Iraq I use to think that this country was a great nation. Even with all of the problems that this country has had in the past. I thought that this country that I was born into was truly one that was based on "In God We Trust". I guess i was just naive. I started listening to talks about the ways in which people from other countries view America. I had a chance to live with guy from Senegal who just so happened to be a museum. I quickly found out that this country very well may be the most corrupt country in the entire world today. America is filled with people who some how create this paradise image of this country. Then these people turn around and sell this image to other countries all through out the world. In the mean time there are people in this country who are just swindling those in other countries out of their own natural resources as the citizens of those other countries buy into this mocked up paradise image of America. In the case of the war in Iraq, the citizens of Iraq are fight off the Americans. The people in Iraq are not buying into the mock up. The people of Iraq are not allowing America to swindle them out of their natural resources. There is a war in Iraq because the citizens of that country are thinking through what they will do once their own natural resources have been all used up by other countries through out the world. So, America is not backing down and America in not going to take 'No" for an answer. The Americans are currently bombing and killing the citizens of Iraq each and every day in order to take control of the oil that belongs to Iraq. After Sam's lecture I became much more certain of this occurrence because I have been putting myself in the shoes of the citizens of Iraq prior to the lecture that Sam gave. The only change that the lecture had on me was just me becoming more certain that America is wrong in their act of going to war with Iraq. America does not need to function as a society that run off of the oil that belongs to Iraq. Many people in America have been hushed up and paid off in order to keep quiet about making break through discoveries in making it possible for America to function as a nation that does not need the oil in Iraq.

I realy enjoyed learning about the opposite sex. I am a man. I thought that the presentation given by Sam and his wife was very interesting. I thought their presentation was very funny. I thought their presentation very helpful. The thing that really stuck with me was the fact that women do not always experience an orgasm. I had no idea of how much of a problem that her not having an orgasm could be. I began to realize that for women an orgasm is something that may or may not happen. So, that explains why so many women begin to become less interested in sex than men. She is probably thinking that even though she wants to have an orgasm she may not have because of what time of the month it is for her. If she is having cramps and all types of pains due to her body's own process of getting rid of a few more eggs then she is probably not going to experience an orgasm even if she wanted to have one. So, instead of going through all of the effort that it takes to have an orgasm only to find that her own body will not allow her to experience an orgasm, she then just decides not to even go through any of the motions. Which may or may not explain a lot of the disappointment in one's self that many women may or may not be experiencing. This is a very male dominated planet. Like it or not. It is what it is. Men may or may not feel like there is something wrong with the woman if he and she engage in sexual intercourse do not experience a mutual orgasmic process. I did not know that this very rarely happens. All due to the things that are happening in a woman's body. When this was made clear to me by Sam and his Wife I then became a lot less interested in having sex because I finally began to realize why a woman may or may not have an orgasm around the same point in time that I would then experience my own orgasm. I think I finally became more interested in the existence of the woman. I guess I can sort of understand what it must be like to want to have an orgasm and find that your own body is just not in the proper condition to allow you to experience an orgasm. This must be something that just aggravates the living shit out of women. I think this sort of thing could lead to depression. Then on top of all that. Men are not being made aware of this sort of thing before they engage in sexual behavior with women. Men generally think that women have their orgasms in a similar fashion to that of self, but not so.

In class we watched a video call "A Girl Like Me". The video is all about the struggles that black women go through in relation how they feel about themselves and how black women feel about their own appearance. I really liked this video because my sister has had these same types of problems with her own appearance. My sister went into deep depression for years on end because my sister was struggling with being called ugly because she developed large hips and breasts during her pubic years. As a result, she now has a very difficult time finding clothing that fits her comfortably without looking like a damn whoochie. My sister likes to dress in a manner that shows other people that choose to view her body as she passes that she in a happily married woman who is comfortable with her own femininity. I call this look the full grown and fully developed woman type of appearance. My sister really had a hard time growing up with being called names just because she went from the skinny nerd black girl who seems to be black but acts white. People coined the phrase Oreo. This word Oreo is a word that means a black person who embraced white culture and then freely and comfortably expresses their own admiration of white culture with all people. After my sister's pubic years had passes she then become the freaky looking woman with big lips, big feet, big hips, and big breasts. Today my sister is at a point in her own life where she has matured beyond being at the effect point of such ridicule. Though there are times when my sister takes a leave off of her full time occupation and then she goes back to the place where we both grew up. Back home there still is the occasional ass hole who starts referring to my sister in a derogatory manner. At this point my sister then mentally rexperiances the depressing child hood that she had as a result of such foolish language that ass holes feel so comfortable with conveying. My sister then takes a moment to enter the revisioning stage of development and then she begins to question whether or not she still likes men so much now that she is married or does want to fall back into hatred towards men because she just can not stand being treated like she is less than a human being. So, I really understand where hose girls in the video are coming from because I grew up watching my sister just take this shit from family members, other people who she thought was her close friend, and perverted ass hole grown men.My sister use to think that god cursed her because she thought she was ungly, all due to how badly other made her feel all through out developmental years.

Part 5: This holster could mean trouble for some people and then it could means good news for other types of people. It's all about the ways in which this thing is being used. Personally I think guns and violence are just bad for society. However, since there will never really be any world peace then I suppose that each person had better strap up and strap down as best they can because you just never know being strapped will one day pay off.

Part 4: You can do all sorts of things with ease while wearing this very unique little holster. I am sure there are many people who would be very happy with this holster. The people who are fighting crime, the people who are just regular old citizens and the people who are criminals and just breaking the law can get some use out of this holster. I do not know how well this holster will hold up against the security and detectors that the airports have, but maybe you could even get through airport security when wearing this holster. Then again, maybe not, but it may be worth a try.

Part 3: I suppose that the holster will hold up just fine against any type of wear and tear of the everyday sort that people seem to be very good at putting things through. Like stretching and pulling. I just really think this little holster is a very good idea. I think any police officer can use it. Any secret service agent can use it. Any person who likes to hunt can get a lot of use out of this holster. There are many people who can get a lot of use out of this little gun holster. If you are on the run while wearing this holster you can maneuver with ease. You can jump. You can run. You can climb up trees.

Part 2: I think this guy can sell a whole lot of these little holsters because people who own guns small enough to fit into this holster would really enjoy this holster, if wearing a holster is their type of style. A person can take this holster any where. It is very compact. It can be folded up to fit into just about person's own pocket or any woman's purse. I do not really know how well the holster will hold up in the conventional washing machine and or the conventional dryer.

Part 1: I really like this video about the guy who is showing the gun holster. This holster is one that is very neat because it straps on to the person around the waist by Velcro. It fits on the person as a part of the under wear. I think this is just great because it is very difficult to see the gun when a person is wearing this very unique holster. It is as if the person is not even wearing a holster because other people just do not notice it by looking at the outer appearance.
