My mother should never have been given a paintbrush. Monet she was not. She decided to paint the kitchen red. Not a nice barn red but a fire engine red . It was also not a flat or satin paint but an enamel. She painted not only the walls but the ceiling. And we had a lot of wall space. The red was not enough, so she took a brillo pad and dipped it in white paint which she proceeded to daub on the walls. Needless to say setting down for a meal always seemed like we had pink milk (reflection off the walls). The red walls stayed until we moved and she decided to paint furniture next.

This has to be the greatest Dream Home yet. Two laundry rooms on top of all the other fantastic and unbelieveable features. I can only imagine what it would be like to win this house. I can only HOPE......

Not sure where Rogers is but I live about 2 miles from
Snellman - It is between Detroit Lakes and Park Rapids.
About 68 miles East of Fargo. Also good luck to you in the
contest. It doesn't cost anything to dream. Warm weather
in the winter sounds so great.

I would give up Minnesota in a hearbeat to live in the dream home. Probably could do both. Winter In New Mexico and Summer in Minnesota. That would be heaven
