Yes, he absolutely is a criminal and even though things turned out well for you after all this time, I bet there were some serious issues back then. Girls at age 14 or so, are suddenly looking like women. That doesn't mean they are women. It's like they have been given brand new weapons and are eager to try them out without the emotional maturity to know the repercussions of what they are doing.
