My comment does not refer to the person killed but to the fact of how dangerous cell phones are (as is alcohol) and the increased cause of major accidents, as a co-worker just had his car totaled and wife seriously hurt because of a kid on his cell phone. My heart and prayers go out to the young man and his family.
