It's also best to contact the computer manufacturer's support to see what they say! Also make sure you note down how many times that black screen had happened, and if it's happen too often, I suggest you return that computer of your and tell them to exchange you a new one, since if it's a brand new computer, you should have one year warranty by default, and make sure you do not doing any thing rash to void your warranty.
