They were never going to sell the naming rights to Folsom Field, just to CU Stadium. It would become Folsom Field at Coors Stadium or something to that degree. Still, I agree that selling the soul and tradition of CU Athletics for a quick buck is disheartening. Unfortunately, I don't see another way for the AD to keep his budget unless season ticket sales drastically increase.

I'm calling them as I see them. I don't expect 10 and no, just a winning season and a bowl bid. We are building the program from the ground up and coming off of a rough season last year, I'm trying to be realistic. Kansas is a must win if we hope to win the Big 12, but they will be tough to beat. We'll be coming off a loss at Texas and morale will be an issue. If the crowd can get behind the team (and not boo the kicker or any other players), we might be able to get their spirits up. We'll see how our defense does against a spread offense and hope for the best.

I count WV as a win. The team has been inconsistant at best and has lost some key players.

I'd love to see 10 and no, but am more concerned about building a strong and lasting program that can compete consistantly year after year.

9-3 sounds about right to me. I have us losing to Kansas, Texas and OK state. If we can start the season off strong and keep that momentum going, we should be able to keep our losses close games.

It will be great to see Jon Major on the field. I hear he put in some hard work last year and got his grades up. It will be great to see a bigger, faster, stronger D-Scott open it up on the field as well. We may be hurting in WR, but we've got some speed stored up for the running game that should make for an exciting season.
