Transport to Mexico via cargo ship, bring across border into US, transport to the city of your choice and detonate upwind on a windy day. Remember, these are the same people who cleared mine fields by running 10 year old boys through them with the promise of martyrdom. They are playing a very dangerous game and will likely pull Russia into the middle of what ever they end up in. What ever it is, it isn't going to be pretty.
