Oh come on. You know the government is great at running things not only efficiently but also effectively. Take for example the.... .... .... Sorry everybody. Forget me and carry on. At least they do a decent job with the military.

The Wiire : The Wiire Podcast 169

I agree with the rant about MH3. I was going to pass it over until they announced the few demo. After I got the demo I completely changed my mind and ended up pre-ordering it. It would have been a shame if I hadn't picked it up.

There hasn't been any characters from any casual games but we did get a whole island. Miyamoto treats Wuhu Island almost like it is a character. It started in Wii Fit, went to Wii Sport Resort, and now is showing up in the screens for the 3DS Mario Kart. I think a new character will be for a new "hardcore" (cringes as saying that word) type of game.

The Wiire : Reminder: Club Nintendo Year Ends June 30

I am really a sucker for Nintendo products apparently. I already have enough coins back logged to go Platinum for the third year in a row. I won't even have to register any of my new products like Other M, Skyward Swords, Kirby, DK Country, 3DS.....

I broke my rule this year and got more then 600 coins. Those Zelda posters were just too nice so I had to get a second set. If it wasn't for that I would be pretty close to be able to go platinum again as soon as the new year starts.

Please let the US get it first. It would make up for us getting the black Wii last. ;) Oh and hopefully this isn't over $200. I'm also curious on what the price point of games will be.

The Wiire : Nintendo E3 2010 Predictions

That Zelda title rumor better not be true. That will screw up all the abbreviation because will the original or the new one be LoZ. Unless of course this is a re-imagination of the original which I would love but as much as I tell people they might do that I honestly don't believe it will ever happen.

I have close to 30 hours in on it now. I'm currently working on getting all the Green Stars, which are different ones this time. The Green Stars are pretty challenging, requiring perfectly timed jumps, spins, and even sacrificing Yoshi.

His Vitality Sensor on the next Zelda is a very interesting thing to say. If he did consider it with Zelda that can either mean two things. The game would be controlled without a nunchuck or the vitality sensor has had a major redesign.

GRAAAAAHHHH. Not only do I hate this because I love manuals, but I hate digital distribution (for full games, it works for certain situations). Maybe I just love physical media too much. I also hate the eco-friendly cases. I want a case to protect my games, not something that is really cheap and only gives my game a false sense of protection. Anyway, if you will excuse me I need to go switch to side B of my vinyl of Glenn Miller. (And no this isn't being sarcastic.)

Amen to that. Don't get me wrong, I like the ability to get a patch for a game but unfortunately it has made developers increasingly lazy. I sometimes wish patches were impossible as it would cost a studio future business or a lot of money to replace faulty disks (for game ending bugs, there will always be a few quarks). Either way only developers that took the time to make a highly polished game would be successful.

The Wiire : Look At These Panoramic Brawl Screenshots

ah Rumor Mill... good times At least Mail Bag has essentially come back with the listener mail on the podcast. The analysis from "What Nintendo Had Said" is kinda like Nintendolosophy to a lesser degree. To be fair though, it takes a lot of time to have a lot of editorial content.
