I haven't had any respect for the humane society since they put my friends dog down a few years ago. Her house was on fire, the dog ran, was eventually found and taken to the unhumane society. They killed her dog rather than make a long distance phone call because she took more than a few days to check with them. Her phone number was on the dogs tags. Also find it funny that I left a message for her with a complaint and she never called me back, yet she's mad that that same thing was done to her.
