If the black leaders are liberals you can forget about lifting the kids up. You can't get rid of the lousy teachers (unions). And somewhere along the line someone decided competition screws up kids. I can remember how exited I would get when I earned a gold star for something I did. It just made me want to work harder for it. And here we are now suggesting we pay kids to basically show up at school. Oh, back to the black leaders. Black congressman from Alabama I think (don't hold me to that) actually asks if Guam will tip over with more troops there as if the island floats. I was roaring when I listened to the whole thing. there are so many things that went wrong with Katrina. Lets not forget about free will of the people their. You make excellent points Sunshine. Reminds me of on of the best shows Beck did with a group of mostly black conservatives. There was one women their that said "This is plantation politics". I was just in awe of what everyone had to say because I have trying to wrap my head around how this keeps going on and on. Whites can only help so much but, the conservative blacks really need to help people understand, this is NOT a black and white thing. It is about the freedoms God gave them no matter what has happened in the past. This has got to end before riots break out in the streets. Where is Colin Powell these days anyway?
