Honestly, This is the government sticking their hands in where they're not supposed to go. While there is some appeal to not having to pay fees all the time when your balance is over, this is none of the governments business. If a credit card company were willing to do this sort of thing on their own, or if a new credit company were established, perhaps some customers would prefer it and switch. To go one step further, if a person admits that it is impossible for someone to start a new credit card company, perhaps there should be anti-trust suites brought up against the credit card industry.

There is a right and a wrong to every question and this bill is certainly in the wrong.
