Thanks to stupid laws and high priced lawyers the prosecutors can't afford too. It is tax payers bucks that fund the court system and therein lies the problem.

They shouldn't use the reserve funds for everyday budget items. The idea is to have funds available for true emergencies. Suppose a building burns down or a major boiler breakdown occurs? That would be high dollar expenses that are not in the budget but must be dealt with.
Once everybody starts robbing Paul to pay Peter there will be no end of budget problems. Just look to our government for proof.

I don't disagree but there are many times when things should not be said also for the simple reason of not wanting to deliberately hurt someone's feelings which can happen if they know who you really are.
I censor myself out of respect for those I DO care about offending.
Likewise there is an intimidation factor for many who won't say what they are thinking which is really too bad as everybody"s opinion should be heard whether we agree with them or not.

I make all kinds of offensive comments because I am offended by the comments I read. If you aren't a namby pamby liberal dreaming of Utopia and world peace and gag me with a spoon stupidity then narrow minded and short sighted Grandmas of six get upset.
Stating my opinions which are not truly hateful is something I will continue to do.

What you are supporting is political correct censorship. Nobody should be afraid or restricted to say anything, anywhere, anytime.
If you are offended by my comments then don't read them or ignore them. You have the right to be offended and to react as you wish but my rights to freedom of speech and the press should not be restricted because of your opinion or sensitivities.

What a scam! That park is pathetic to start with and has a big staff that makes very nice wages but still can't manage to get much done.
I may be wrong but I don't think they even allow dogs on the premises.
